This upsets me because there is an extremely popular blogger who goes by the name Killer Colours. In fact, if you Google search for Killer Colours, all of the top 5 results are things related to her blog. The brand made a poor choice - now they have to fight this blogger for search engine stats and social media usernames, plus it makes them look like jerks for stealing.

I thought the same thing... I wonder if Viola knows yet.

Simple adore these shades, spot on for the A/W season and a great looking beauty accessory! Can't wait till they open for business!

I thought the exact same thing - thought this was going to be a post about Viola. She's posted on youtube about it x

Would we now have to start thinking about registering our blog names as trade names? Even as far as businesses to protect ourselves? I do feel for the Viola. The colours are very AW, chic simple bottles.

Wow.. It sounds like you are från the company who is making this polish.

I'd never buy a single bottle of polish from them, just because I know Viola as Killer Colours forever, and not this new brand who clearly couldn't have not known about her blog and her name, that is widely known among bloggers.

It is sad to know that they took that name. I love the colors but won't bother with them if they are going to take someone else's name.

Sad to see no reaction from BBB. Unsubscribed.

Eek anon.. I didn't know you were expecting one! Just ask next time, hey? I don't know the brand at all other than to flag up that it's new and it is here, and I genuinely don't know the Killer Colours blog so I felt it was best that I just kept out of it for that reason. Basically, I hope something can be resolved but I don't have any insider info on how or why it happened. x
