I brought one with me from the states in 2000 and have been using it ever since. It's not the short term cleaning that is so great - it's the loinger term lack of clogged pores (to which I was prone).
So I'm surprised it ever wows anyone in the short term.
Also, I approached the company back in 2000 about importing it to the UK, and they wanted nothing to do it - they were busy developing their US market as such. I guess I should have checked back in with them a couple of years ago. :-)
I 2nd that Clarisonic! Best beauty buy in years. After two days I could feel and see the difference with my combo skin. I've noticed fewer break outs too.
