Think I'd most like to pull a festive Christmas Cracker with Mr Snowman from the John Lewis Christmas adverts, hats off to him (excuse the pun) as he did make a pretty impressive journey just to pick up some gloves and a hat for his snowman wife!

The person I would love to pull a Christmas cracker with would be Marilyn Monroe. Now there was a classy lady who always looked divine, who was both naughty and nice, and knew how to have a good time!

I'd most like to pull a Christmas cracker with my mother-in-law, who passed away six months before I met my husband. They were very close, and she sounds like an amazing woman. We are expecting our first child, and it's making us think about her a great deal. I'd love to spend a lovely family day with her, get to know her and share our excitement about the new arrival - I wish we had a time machine! :)

This is a gorgeous giveaway and whoever wins it will be very lucky indeed.

I would like to pull a my cracker with Bette Davis because she is an all time icon of film. She was glamourous and strong woman. She inspired me to follow my dreams and in one of my favourite films " all about eve" she hosts a Xmas party and she steals the screen from Marylin Monroe with the classic line. " hold on fella's it's gonna be a bumpy ride" . Bette also had great eyes and she would look fabulous in Lancôme. Lucia Diaz

I think it would have to be my family in Canada. I don't get home for Christmas, ever. My job doesn't allow holiday time over the Christmas retail period. But I'm hoping that will soon change!

Good luck to everyone who's entering the comp too.

This Christmas time Im wishing all my festive dreams come true, not money, bags or Loubis but spending time with you! There isnt a diamond in the world that sparkles half as bright, you love me and support me and your advice is always right! I live so very far away I miss you all the time, so to tell you that I love you, Ive penned this little rhyme. Lets deck the halls with glitz and glam and Selfridges Christmas cheer, here's hoping I win this Lancome prize to really make your year. I love you mum so thankyou for everything you do, there can be no better person to pull my cracker with than you! XXX

Oh my goodness - the advent calendar! I *almost* bought one this year, but hesitated over the extreme indulgence of it all and missed out. Probably for the best, financially speaking, I guess :)
Re the cracker, I'd like to say someone sparkling, witty and imaginative, but, in actual fact, I'm looking forward to nothing more this year than pulling crackers with my two small nephews (who are just old enough for it to be fun, not scary) and, probably with some help, my new niece, who won't even exist until Christmas Eve this year!

Total girl cliche but Ryan Gosling because he's gorgeous and I think he'd let me win! The tricky part would be making sure there was some mistletoe nearby!

It would have to be Michael Buble. Just i know predictable for a 20 year old girl. I just love him. I love his music, (he sings mine and my fiancee song ''hold on'') and i think he is an inspiration, he has worked his whole life to get where he is. He isnt one of these snobby types, but a real person. So id like to pull my cracker with him. Fabulous give away by the way! Lovely prizes. I would like to pull a festive cracker with my late friend Danika. Sadly got taken away from us earlier this year at the tender age of 22. The most beautiful, brave and strong girl I knew and will ever know did not let her horrible disease (Cystic Fibrosis) bother her at all and she fought it as much as her body would let her. I miss her loads and would love to spend more time with her, over a nice Christmas dinner and a festive cracker! :)

I'd most like to pull a Christmas cracker with my dad. He's recently been diagnosed with bowel cancer and will be receiving his treatment over the next few months so he's going to need something like that to cheer him up, even if skincare and makeup aren't really his thing... I'm sure he wouldn't mind sharing!
Thank you, @sophiehemmingsx

I'd love to pull a Christmas cracker with Audrey Hepburn, such a gorgeous style icon. She was so well groomed, looking perfect in every photo, which was all the more interesting as she was a humanitarian, working as a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF often in war torn countries. It was as if her beauty took second place to her charity work. Such a beautiful lady, both inside and out.

I'd love to pull a Christmas cracker with my late nan, my mum's mum.
She died before I really knew her but I do know my mum loves Christmas so much because of her mum. Every year my mum makes an extra special effort for Christmas and pulls out all the stops because Christmas is her favourite time of year and subsequently it's now mine. Therefore if I had a chance, id pull a cracker with my nan for making Christmas so special for me without her even here. I want it to be a trait I pass down to my children and so on.

Thank you for such a lovely giveaway!

Aww what a lovely giveaway!

I'd love to pull a cracker with my great grandmother who sadly passed away this summer.
Christmas has always been a massive family affair for us, where we spend most of our afternoon sitting around the (too small) dining table, eating our christmas dinner, pulling crackers, and more importantly playing the sticky note game which was always made more hilarious by my great nanny. The last time we played she was the Queen, which seemed very fitting!

Although it will be lovely to for my whole family to get together this christmas, I think we are all going to miss her and definitely be looking back on all the great christmases we shared with her :)

I wish I could pull a cracker this year with my aunt Sue, who died 3 days before my wedding back in February. She was so looking forward to the wedding, possibly even more so than my own mother and to lose her so close to the day was heartbreaking. She made sure the sun shone on that cold february afternoon though. She is very much missed by the family and I'd do anything to see her again.

Christmas and lancome combined? Wow... bliss!

The person I would most like to pull an exceptionally Christmassy cracker with has got to be good old Christmas Cliff. Sir Richard and I would crack our cracker open whilst singing such great festive hits as Mistle Toe & Wine and the Saviours Day followed by a stroll around a snow covered, and typically British, rural village.

It's just got to be done right?

:) Good luck everyone! and fingers crossed for me!

Id love to pull a christmas cracker with my amazing boyfriend. I am going through a time in my life when I am SO SO SO busy that I very rarely have time to give him much attention. He still finds time to fetch my dry cleaning, make me dinner and the other day, I have him a list of make up I needed and he went to Selfridges and got it for me. He works a full time job too!! So I'd like to spend a special moment with him and just say THANK YOU for being you!

Thank you for another amazing give-away.
The person I would love to pull a Christmas cracker is Kate Winslet. Beautiful, talented and smart, she is one of my favourite actresses of all time. More importantly though, I'd cherish an opportunity to thank her and ask her about her work with The Golden Hat Foundation, which supports people with autism. My son is autistic and I am really touched that Kate has got so involved in helping families affected by autism. I was overjoyed, when she collaborated with Lancome (I tip my hat off to Lancome, too) on the Golden Hat limited -edition make-up collection, with some of the proceeds going to the Foundation. The make-up was exquisite and I immediately bought lots of it. It'd be amazing to spend time with Kate.

This is great, such a generous give-away. If I had one of these advent calendars I'd be keeping hold of it! I would really love to pull a cracker with my big brother this Christmas. He lives in Dubai with my sister-in-law and has done for over 10 years. We hardly ever get to see each other - at best once a year - and I really can't remember the last time we were together for Christmas. Plus if I spent Christmas with them in Dubai I'd be able to soak up some lovely Dubai sunshine, bliss!

Assuming you pull crackers like my family does (arms crossed, all the way round the table) would most like to pull my Christmas cracker with Ronnie Barker on one side and David Attenborough on the other. Unlikely heros for a beauty lover, I know, But they are the the two people I would most like to sit between! David Attenborough has done and seen everything that I would dream of and his life has been my dream career - after finishing being in awe, I could talk to him forever about his life and what he's experienced. And Ronnie barker because I think he was one of the greatest comedy writers and wordsmiths ever. He had an incredible way with words and I would just LOVE to hear him read the joke and limeric! I'd have to pull a festive cracker with Karl Lagerfeld, he's become such a legend, but having recently watched Lagerfeld confidential, it is his naughty sense of humour I love so much. He's modern and willing to adapt to the modern world and embraces all that comes with it. It fascinates me how he embraces the new, obviously loves what he does but has a healthy irreverence still. I mean who else would design a hula hoop bag and get away with it? He has a sense of humour in fashion, and is such a storyteller. I'd love to sit round the dinner table entranced.
