I am in the US. I received this product as a free sample (the whole 5 oz. tube!). I too have olive skin but I really do not suffer much from dark circles. However, I love this product and will purchase it when it comes out. The ceramic applicator is refreshing and very cool. The tinted cream actually matches my coloring and the illumination is just right. I heart this very much.

sounds a bit like the Clinique All About Eyes Roll on Serum which I get completely addicted to. As you roll it on its chilly and feels amazing!
Dior has a similarly-packed product--a squeeze tube with a metal paddle from which the cream is dispensed. It feels wonderful.
