I don't think I'm surprised by the growing trend for enhancements. I remember a time when breast surgery was only for the rich and famous. Now, it's fairly commonplace. I'm surprised that other cosmetic surgery has become more accessible, as well as as acceptable.

I wouldn't like anything too invasive, no scalpels please. But if I could afford it, I would have botox tomorrow. Actually, I lie about scalpels. I'd quite like a tummy tuck too. After 3 c-sections it would be very welcome! In my dream though.

Well like my friend Dolly Parton once said: "If I see something sagging bagging or dragging I get it nipped tucked or sucked".
If you don't like something about yourself we now live in an age where it is so easy to get it changed. I had lipo on my moobs 2years ago and am desperate for a tummy tuck now. I'd carry on if I had the money and the courage!!
If you have the money and deep urge to get work, why not do it?? Grow old however you wish I say!

Its become a fact of life in some professions that you have little or no choice but to keep beating back the clock. For the rest of us, I suppose if your realistic in your expectations and accept the fact that even surgery is a temporary fix, go for it.
