I've used Latisse now for well over a year. After lining my upper lash-line per the directions, I wipe the excess off on my eyebrows (This is an off label use). My eyebrows have filled in and become as lush as my eyelashes. There really is no need to have different products for lashes and brows but, if all you need is something for brows, this sounds like an interesting product.
Re: The high cost of these magic potions that contain proven growth stimulating ingredients. Once you have the growth you want, you can cut back to three times a week for maintenance. A bottle of Latisse costs about US$125 for what is supposedly a one month's supply. Using it every night per the directions, I actually got closer to seven weeks worth. After going into maintenance mode, I was very pleased to learn that a bottle actually lasted a bit more than three months! That makes it a much more reasonable beauty investment. It also makes it competitive in price to the plathora of products out there that don't do much more than condition the lashes.

For that much money I'd be expected my sparse, over-plucked in the 90s eyebrows to grow back into something Jennifer Connolly would be proud of!
