I've been a long-time reader of your blog, but never felt the need to comment 'til now. I was just wondering - what would you recommend to cleanse your face if not wipes? As someone in her late teens, I was intrigued.
Hello Sarah! Ok, I think wipes are ok as a very temporary measure but dont't think the ones I have seen are very good at properly removing make up. And your skin needs to be properly clean to absorb everything else and keep it free from clogging etc. I use oil cleansers, balm cleansers and cream cleaners to do a thorough clean once a day. I never cleanse in the morning though...can't be bothered! xx
Ah, ok... may need to start paying a bit more attention to my skin rather than just giving it a once-over with a clearasil pad, and then putting on some moisturiser, then! Thanks for the tip :)
Hmmm, why do teens and young women need an eye cream though?
Re the face cleansing thing. One of my make-up artist buddies said that if you do a proper cleanse at night (she recommended Shu Uemura cleasing oils), you only need to rinse your face with water in the morning. Kind of makes sense...
