Try Helen Sher her clinic is based in Bond street. She will cure your mother's problem forever. Her credentials are outstanding for this particular problem. She is not cheap though but there is a cure for this.
My mum has some broken capillaries on the sides of her nose and on her cheeks; I got her their anti-redness powder, which is, surprisingly, yellow, not green, and it works great for her! It's very finely milled and looks natural on her medium, yellow toned skin.
Yes this product does work pretty well. Also just stopping by tell say I so enjoy your blog. I am going to be all over Europe in a few months. What products & stores are essential to visit? Thanks for you help and visit me at www.myskinconciergeblog.com or on Twitter @MySkinConcierge
Jan Marini does an amazing treatment for rosacea which really does work. My aunt was used for her trials and she had bad acne scarring and rosacea as well as open pores and oily dense skin. My aunt is 62.... After 4 months of treatments, she looked like she had a face lift!, her rosacea had gone by 70% and the quality of her skin was finer and the scarring reduced. Jan is an amazing doctor in San Jose California, but I know that she works internationally.
After 1 year of treatment, my aunt has no rosacea at all - it really is remarkable.
For some time, I have had broken capillaries on nose and cheeks - stage 1 rosacea according to dermatologist specialist. Then, 3 weeks ago I started to have mild then much more serious outbreaks of acne first time ever (am in my sixties!). I cut chocolate, alcohol and sugar out of my diet because of inflammatory effect. Then started using the utterly wonderful Clarisonic (I so love it!) with Liz Earle cleanser, followed by gently smoothing on Argan oil from Wildwood Groves. (Important to just glide the Clarisonic gently over the skin and let it do the work.) The improvement is amazing and my GP much impressed. I am short of cash but wld sacrifice a lot to buy another Clarisonic if the present one broke down. And the Argan oil is v special too.
