Is Swapsies UK exclusive to UK residents? I'd love to join if it isn't :). I'm in Europe after all :-P, and shipping to the UK takes 3 days, or at least it always has so far for all my Make-Up Alley swaps ;). For the record, swapping is addictive ;D.
