I can't make it out from the picture, but it almost looks like it works on the same principle as those tape based corrector things I use to cover up my many spelling mistakes.
The eyebrow palette looks rather cutely packaged. Slightly different to most of the eyebrow compacts out there.I think I'll need an eyebrow powder soon, will be looking out for this one. x
