This is so beautiful and interesting but airbrushed beyond belief, I've always preferred images which havn't been taken and changed so much they look like a doll. That shine on the nose is not natural and the eyes have been clearly drawn and filled in. Perhaps that was the point but I have no appreciation for images like this as it is these images which distort the reality of how women and males should look to so many young adults.
Holly I get exactly what you are saying but a) I love the make up techniques and also the flatness that is created by the airbrushing makes it look more like art than photography. In this context, I don't mind the airbrushing, in other contexts I am with you.
