that is so ridiculous - have you ever had a manicure in W1 that hasn't cleaned under your nails? This girl must have been straight from college to adhere so strictly to this rule!
She could have been polite enough to explain that to you! I fail to see the point of that bylaw, it's a bit OTT isn't it?
I've always found nails inc a bit rough and ready, but this takes the biscuit! i like nync for manicures in london.
