I'm having a mental image of myself with a perfectly youthful left side of my face, whilst the other grows ever more haggard lol! I have heard a lot of people say this really keeps the hair in great condition though! xxx

I purchased 2 Silkskin pillowcases direct from their website in Feb at a cost of £70. By June, the seams had split, depsite being cared for exactly to instructions. I have phoned and left messages (their phones are not manned), sent emails, and a Recorded Delivery letter requesting a refund. All have been ignored. Do not touch this product/company with a bargepole!

In response to Pauline Jacobs - I too have had the same problem. The pillowcase started to tear at the seam & now it's almost torn in half! I googled Silskin to see if I could find another number as there is no answer from their phone, just a message & they won't respond to my e-mails either. I have been very careful when washing & iroing, but I found it discoloured quickly also. Very expensive for just a few months use.

I would be interested to hear from Pauline if she has a response from Silkskin.

We have purchases 8 Silkskin pillowcases so far and they are addictive, great for presents etc.. We have noticed an improvment in our skin and hair, plus they have not fallen apart. Best to try it for yourself and see...Vicky x

I finally got a refund from Silkskin - but not without getting Trading Standards involved, and also digging up some very unsavoury facts about the company. Strangely, as soon as I put this to them - my refund was forthcoming!
