yes, if you type in silk epil in the 'search my blog' option you'll find it...they are quite painful - I could never do my arm pits or anything, but it does lessen over time. BBBX
hi, i just saw this post some days ago, when i was looking how to fix mine, that had the same problem as yours. after that, i sent mine to braun service (the address can be found on www.braunservice.co.uk/ ) and they returned it working again to me in less than a week. good luck
