I am sure this is good but THE best thing for "doing" eyebrows is Elizabeth Arden's Eye Brow Shaper, I have had mine for years -( I am sure it hasn't gone off!) and it has a good range of colours but I think the secret is in the brush! If I lost that little brush I would most definitely panic. I notice they now sell it as a Dual Perfection Brow Shaper. Not really necessary I would say because bumps at price too much.! Have been waiting for the chance to talk about my favourite bit of kit!
