This is exciting. I'm a bit wary (Lancome had the oscillating mascara, which was, hmmm not so wonderful). In the US, if a product promises to "change" something -- skin, hair, etc., it has to go through the FDA because it's considered a drug. Cosmetics do not have to go through the same rigor as drugs. I wonder which of those processes Lancome's new mascara will go through--that is, does it change the lashes (like Latisse, which is FDA approved), or is more like a mascara (lower level of review/scrutiny). Thanks again for the informative post!
you know what *is* safe? Lashem, one of the few eyelash-growth products that doesn't contain that mysterious glaucoma medicine. and it works! i swear it! i thought my sensitive skin and eyes would mean i'd miss out on this trend, but not so. so grateful to have found this product.

They've already released the same thing in their L'oreal mascara. Buy that, its cheaper and its the same company, same technology.

Looking forward to hearing more about this one - potentially very exciting!x
I too am wondering exactly how effective this can be given that it isn't being marketed as a drug.
