They have Harrods For Him, Harrods for Her etc.....so this is why I would think it is called Harrods Jubilee. It's a beautiful scent, I could really smell the orange rose.....and it lasted on the skin all day, like all my other Bonds do. They told me Harrods commissioned this to be made for the Queen and she has no.1 and only a 1000 made.

I think they mean the herb mace not pepper spray used by plod
