That's a really good price - I'd have expected it to cost more.

It's not an old wives tale that eating fruit and veg can also help to protect you from the sun! It's worth starting a supplement of this sort now, I think, to build up the protection before summer. I've been eyeing an astaxanthin supplement (another caroteinoid).

I thought that anthocyanins (and anthocyanidins) and lutein were supplements for eye health. Never knew they were beneficial for the skin too, nor offered SPF! Interesting, will have to look into the science behind their skin functions!

Very interesting! I'd certainly never use it in place of a sunscreen, but it sounds like a wonderful supplement. The price is fantastic too.

Would be interested in seeing the proof backing the claims of SPF 10.... A quick search on PubMed yielded no hits. Also interesting to note that no claims have been made on the products website- perhaps in order to avoid regulatory/legal quandaries?

I've been trying this out for the last month, the pills are quite big so not great if you're not good with tablet taking. x

lol if this is collagen it doesnt work its one of the biggest scams in the industry

people see it and think omg amazing but the truth is you cant digest collagen often these pills do more harm than good
