It's definitely not a new thing, I actually have had it for ages and have no idea where I got it from initially (it definitely was UK though). It is apparently THE palette that started whole smoky eye craze. Apart from 'the talkin' there is a little booklet inside and the cover changes picture at different angles so you can see all the steps. Cute thing for a gift and nice eyeshadows in general:)
