I like to fill in my brows but it would be a massive nono if they bleed a little into the skin, especially paying £20! Pens can look really fake on the brows I think, unless applied absolutely correctly which so many can not do. Pens are great for eyeliners but they've never worked for brows, in my personal experience!
HI Musing: I think semi-permanent is a mis-description: the colour stays fast pretty well all day long and does take a little effort to remove..so in that sense they're long lasting which is probably a more accurate way to describe them.

How "semi permanent" are these? I mean, how long do they last and how do you remove them?
