this looks like its quite similar to Lucas' Papaw Ointment, which is absolutely amazing and can be used on literally anything from cuts and burns to dry skin and spots but its about half the price of this on at about £4 at www.pawpawshop.co.uk...i would highly recommend it!
Looks like the ingredients are different. I tried Lucas but it is a mineral oil base, this looks like it is a natural certified organic base. Definitely going to give it a try.
The problem with the Lucas', and the reason it is cheaper, is that it's main ingredient is petrolum jelly.
So if you are try to avoid petrochemical products(especially in something you could potentially be eating, if you use it as a lip balm), or find that petrolum jelly causes irritation or breakouts, then the Suvana is the way to go.
