Interesting and well written review. I don't trust Superdrug's own brand as much as I trust Boots' one (I wonder why? Marketing maybe?) but I might give this a try. And I too have a problem with pores on my nose and the area around it, here's hoping a product will appear some day that works.
Good grief. They've certainly whacked the price up. The serum was £6.99 when it launched. If I'd been able to find it (our local Superdrug didn't stock it) I'd have happily taken a punt at that price level. At £15 I think I'll just avoid the risk of wasting that much money and carry on spending £35 on my Clinique serum which I know works.
the original night serum was 9.99 introductory offer, going to its normal price of 14.99 - fantastic product for the price, lancome precious cells which uses the same ingredients retails at 122 - will definitely keep on using! also for anyone unsure, superdrug offer a money back guarantee on it so win win!
Just started using the swiss apple cream and night serum and am thoroughly impressed! Have switched from my trusty Lancome Hydrazen and I'm pleased to use a cream which makes my skin feel very smooth and fresh, and which isn't heavily perfumed. I'm definitely a convert! As for the price, I did a superdrug feedback survey online and got 25% off their own brand products - £7.49 for the swiss apple day cream, bargain!! :)
