I'm glad they realised their mistake. I think it's funny, though, that in their response they felt it necessary to include "brilliant accents" and the coverage.
That's the stupidest excuse I've ever heard and I totally don't believe it. It seems to me much more likely that their marketing was telling you one thing while their production was delivering another. It isn't even a nice try at a save. Fail!

I think that was a great question to ask! Its such a lovely design, i would not want to mess it up and never see it again just because i used it.
