When I am in the US, I go to someone who is a registered nurse, who is the best injector I've ever used, FAR better than Sebagh (and of course at half the price due to the fx). In fact, she frequently trains physicians to inject botox and fillers. So sometimes it's fine to use non-doctors, as long as you know who you're dealing with.
