My friend who works in PR has to post embarrassing comments on Facebook groups for terrible artists like Shayne Ward using her own Facebook account. What a job.

yup, happens to us all the time as well - we delete them as we only want genuine opinions, positive or negative. Plus, it's always so completely obvious too!

Oh my, that's really quite surprising, isn't it? They'd be much better off being totally transparent and identifying themselves from the company. I delete those kind of comments as spam. xx

The brand in my opinion is over priced and it doesn't seem like they are doing very well in Liberty's. Certain products are great however I have be in on a few occasions and no one has been on their counter and the other two occassions I have been served by girls barely wearring makeup. Not an exciting experience
