This is really interesting - for those of us working in the beauty industry we take certain beauty routines and products as a given. I once told my mother-in-law that it is essential to moisturise the neck and hands everyday because these are the areas that are prone to wrinkles and can't usually be covered up. She has now made it her mission to tell all her friends!
And then the other day I was in the hairdressers and I started talking about Illamasqua and no-one had heard of it - unbelievable!
